Full Pay Assistance for Uninsured

- AZ and Me (AstraZeneca) offers a Rx Savings Program for Symbicort, Pulmicort, Rhinocort to individuals making $30,000 or less or a family of four making $60,000 or less who qualify.
- Bridges to Access (GlaxoSmithKline) offers Advair, Flonase, Flovent, Serevent and Ventolin HFA medicines to those who qualify.
- Family Wize prescription discount card
- Partnership for Prescription Assistance provides one application to all the major pharmaceutical assistance programs operated by the pharmaceutical companies.
- Needy Meds, Rx Assist and Rx Hope have information on pharmaceutical assistance programs, prescription discount cards and drug coupons.
- Prescription Hope (a United Way program) offers $18 per prescription per month service fee. there is a yearly enrollment of only $20. No other medication cost and no hidden costs. 877-296-4673
- Rx Outreach (Express Scripts) is a mail order discount prescription program for chronic diseases.
- Together Rx Access is a prescription savings program.
- $4 and $10 generics available at Walmart, Schnucks, Beverly Hills Pharmacy (314-381-8600)and Target. Contact your local Walmart, Schnucks, Target or Beverly Hills Pharmacy and ask if your prescription is one of the $4 and $10 generics.
Co-Pay Assistance

- Chronic Disease Fund for those who have private insurance or a Medicare Part D plan but cannot afford the co-payments for their specialty therapeutic.
- HealthWell Foundation provides financial assistance to eligible individuals to cover coinsurance, copayments, healthcare premiums and deductibles for certain treatments including asthma.
